Jennifer Mink is a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Morrison & Foerster LLP, where she is a member of the firm’s Debt Trading Group. She represents commercial banks, investment banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds, and other entities in lending, loan trading, CDO transactions, workouts and other matters. She has extensive experience in trading and review and analysis of credit documentation relating to many types of debt facilities, including financing facilities for aircraft, project finance, oil and gas, and real estate. Ms. Mink has worked on trading floors with clients at several stages in her career, overseeing the closing process for par and distressed loan trades and supervising regulatory compliance. Ms. Mink earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia in 1996; and her B.S., summa cum laude, in Business Management from George Mason University in 1993.
