Mr. Fransella is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Morrison & Foerster LLP, where he is a member of the Debt Trading Group. He represents investment banks, broker-dealers, investment advisors, and other entities in loan and claim trading transactions.

Mr. Fransella earned his B.A., summa cum laude , in 1998 from Williams College and his J.D. in 2001 from Yale Law School.
