Tanisha Little oversees the firm's knowledge management initiatives in order to support the exchange of intellectual capital across the firm and enhance the efficiency and quality of the client service the firm provides. In leading the firm's Knowledge Management Group, Ms. Little assesses firmwide knowledge needs and manages the process and technology components of the firm's practice resources.
Ms. Little was an associate in the capital markets group of the New York office from 2003 to 2006. Her practice focused on securities and other corporate transactions for both domestic and foreign companies. She represented issuers and investment banks in financing transactions, including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Little worked as an associate in the corporate department of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP from 2000 to 2003.
Ms. Little is admitted to practice law in New York.
