Mr. Petrone is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Morrison & Foerster LLP, where he is a member of the Financial Transactions Practice Group. He currently represents commercial lenders, investment banks, broker-dealers, investment advisors, and other entities in loan originations and secondary market loan and debt-related asset transactions.

Mr. Petrone represents money-center and middle-market lenders in secured and unsecured loan transactions, restructurings, par and distressed trade programs, letter of credit issuances supporting tax-exempt bonds, real estate acquisition and development financings and commercial paper programs. He also represents lenders and borrowers in connection with corporate and acquisition financings.

Mr. Petrone earned his B.A., in 1994 from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. in 1998 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
