Lindsay Traylor Braunig is an associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Ms. Braunig’s practice includes consumer class action defense and a wide variety of intellectual property matters, including trademark infringement and domain name disputes. She also counsels clients in connection with trademark prosecution and enforcement.

Ms. Braunig received her J.D., Order of the Coif, from the New York University School of Law, where she was a member of the New York University Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Braunig clerked for the Honorable Stephen V. Wilson in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
