Ms. Batliboi is an associate in the Technology Transactions Group and the Privacy and Data Security Group in Morrison & Foerster’s New York office.

Ms. Batliboi works on transactions involving the licensing and transfer of intellectual property rights across a wide range of industries and new and emerging technologies, and has experience dealing with intellectual property matters in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other large corporate transactions.

Ms. Batliboi also has experience in advising clients regarding their obligations under domestic and international privacy and data security laws. She regularly assists clients in responding to data breach incidents, advises clients regarding compliance with state data breach notification laws and drafts and reviews privacy policies, terms of service agreements and breach notification notices.

Prior to law school, Ms. Batliboi was a business analyst in the Internet Account Acquisitions group at Capital One. She received her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 2005 and her B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University in 2000. At Columbia University School of Law, she was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar and Business Editor for the Journal of Gender and Law.

Ms. Batliboi is fluent in Hindi and is a member of the New York Bar.
