Alexandria Amezcua is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office. Ms. Amezcua has practiced in a variety of substantive areas, including breach of contract, unfair competition, the Consumer Legal Remedies Act, product liability, federal banking law, complex consumer class actions, and wrongful death. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, and gone to trial in state and federal court. Ms. Amezcua is also active in the firm’s pro bono efforts, including the highly-publicized Veterans for Common Sense v. Peake.

Ms. Amezcua received her B.A. degree in Political Science from Columbia University in 2003. She received her J.D. degree from Stanford Law School in 2006, and was a summer associate at Morrison & Foerster. While at Stanford, Alexandria was a member of the Stanford Journal of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, and Co-Chair of the Stanford Latino Law Students Association.

Ms. Amezcua is a member of the State Bar of California.
