Jessica Owley Lippmann is an associate in the Land Use and Environmental Law Group of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office. She graduated from UC Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law in 2004. While at Boalt, she was Editor in Chief of Ecology Law Quarterly and the recipient of numerous awards for academic performance, legal writing, moot court participation, and teaching.
After law school, Ms. Owley Lippmann clerked for the Honorable Dean D. Pregerson of the Central District of California and then the Honorable Harry Pregerson of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Owley Lippmann graduated from Wellesley College with a degree in Physics. She also has three graduate degrees from Berkeley: a Masters of Landscape Architecture in Environmental Planning; a Masters of Science in Forest Science and Policy; and a doctorate in Environmental Science, Policy, and Management. Ms. Owley Lippmann’s dissertation examined the use of conservation easements in conjunction with environmental mitigation programs, a topic that she has published and spoken on numerous times.
Jessica Owley Lippmann is a member of the California bar and admitted to practice in the Northern District of California and the Ninth Circuit.
