Katie Ferrier is an associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the firm's Real Estate Group. Ms. Ferrier’s practice covers a broad range of real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate development and financing.

Ms. Ferrier graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from the University of California, San Diego, in 1999 where she received a B.S. in Psychology. She received her J.D. in 2005 from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law. During law school, Ms. Ferrier served as an extern for the Honorable Thelton E. Henderson, Senior United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of California. Ms. Ferrier is admitted to practice law in California.
