Mark C. Zebrowski is a partner in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster and is the managing partner of the San Diego office. His practice includes real estate, consumer class action, Section 17200 litigation, professional liability, partnership and shareholder disputes and general commercial litigation matters. Mr. Zebrowski has practiced in San Diego for over 23 years.

Mr. Zebrowski is on the Board of the San Diego Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and is a founding Master in the Wallace Chapter of the American Inns of Court. Mr. Zebrowski was recognized by his peers as one of the Top 13 Corporate Litigation Attorneys in the San Diego Daily Transcript - Top Attorneys 2006 list, and was ranked as one of the top Business Litigation Lawyers in Southern California by Super Lawyers in 2007.

Mr. Zebrowski received his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1979 and his J.D. degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 1983. He is admitted to practice in the State of California, the Southern, Central, and Northern Districts of California, the Ninth Circuit, and before the United States Supreme Court.



Representative Matters
  • Represented the San Diego Padres and their development affiliate in numerous actions concerning the new downtown ballpark, Petco Park, and related ancillary redevelopment.
  • Represented the developer of the NTC redevelopment project.
  • Represented utility in dispute concerning the San Onofre nuclear generating station.
