Mr. Zebrowski is Co-Chair of the Commercial Litigation Group and is managing partner of the San Diego office. His practice includes real estate, consumer class action, Section 17200 litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, and general commercial litigation matters.
He has practiced in San Diego for more than 26 years and successfully represented the San Diego Padres in a series of suits seeking to block the construction of the new downtown baseball park, Petco Park.
Mr. Zebrowski is president of the San Diego Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and is a founding Master in the Wallace Chapter of the American Inns of Court. Mr. Zebrowski was recommended by Best Lawyers in America (2010 edition) for commercial and bet-the-company litigation, was recognized by his peers as one of the top corporate litigation attorneys in the San Diego Daily Transcript (2006 and 2009), and was ranked as one of the top business litigation lawyers in Southern California by Super Lawyers (2007 – 2009). Mr. Zebrowski has also been a presenter in numerous continuing legal education programs.
