Stephanie Fong is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Morrison & Foerster LLP, where she is a member of the firm’s Employment and Labor Practice Group.  Ms. Fong received her J.D. from UC Davis School of Law in 2005, where she was elected to Order of the Coif and was an Articles Editor of UC Davis Law Review. She also received Witkin Awards for Academic Excellence in Labor Law and Federal Income Taxation. Ms. Fong received her B.A. degree from Amherst College in 2002, where she graduated magna cum laude and with honors. While at Amherst College, Ms. Fong was a member of the 1999 Division III NCAA Championship tennis team and an All-American in 2002.

Ms. Fong’s law practice concentrates on representing management in labor and employment matters. Her practice encompasses all areas of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour law, and wrongful termination. In addition, Ms. Fong helps employers draft employee handbooks and personnel policies, separation agreements, and employment agreements.
