Erika Drous is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Morrison & Foerster LLP, where she is a member of the firm’s Employment and Labor Practice Group. Ms. Drous received her B.A. degree from the University of Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1997 and her Masters in Education from UCLA in 2001. She received her J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law in 2005.

Ms. Drous’s law practice concentrates on representing management in labor and employment matters. Her practice encompasses all areas of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour law, and wrongful termination. In addition, Ms. Drous helps employers draft employee handbooks and personnel policies, separation agreements, and employment agreements.
