Jeremy Schropp is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s corporate group in the firm’s Northern Virginia office. Mr. Schropp’s practice involves representing high-tech and emerging growth companies in various corporate and securities matters including public offerings, financing, mergers and acquisitions, periodic reporting and regulatory requirements, and general business transactions. He received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Brown University and his J.D. degree from the Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the American Bar Association.
