Tom FitzGerald advises clients in general corporate matters, technology transactions, strategic alliances and equity financings. He also counsels clients on software licensing and development, joint marketing arrangements, reseller and distribution agreements, and consulting and services agreements. Mr. FitzGerald also advises clients on entity formation, venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property protection and general corporate matters. He previously worked as a corporate counsel at a Maryland-based software company concentrating on corporate, securities and software licensing. Prior to attending law school, Mr. FitzGerald worked in commercial banking.
