Elizabeth Dillon is Of Counsel in the Northern Virginia office of Morrison & Foerster LLP. Ms. Dillon’s practice focuses on structuring and negotiating complex technology transactions.

She has substantial experience advising clients on the development, commercialization and licensing of technology. She has negotiated inbound and outbound licensing agreements, development services agreements, strategic alliances and distribution, rebranding and co-marketing arrangements.

In addition, Elizabeth frequently advises clients on the delivery of online services. She has negotiated hosting agreements, ASP agreements, content licenses and web site design agreements for clients and has assisted clients in developing and implementing subscription agreements and privacy policies.

Ms. Dillon also works closely with members of Morrison & Foerster’s Corporate Department in connection with the intellectual property aspects of M&A and venture financing transactions, including evaluating intellectual property portfolios and negotiating the transfer and sale of patents and copyrighted works.

She also has advised clients in off shore ADM and call center outsourcing transactions, hardware procurement, systems integration, collocation arrangements and manufacturing services agreements.

Ms. Dillon received her B.A. degree from Georgetown University and her J.D. degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
