Craig Sperling is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s corporate group. Mr. Sperling provides his clients with corporate and business counseling, and handles a variety of technology and commercial transactions. His practice also focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, venture capital investments and other financings.

Mr. Sperling has extensive experience in the media industry, particularly in cable television. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Sperling was an attorney in the Legal Affairs group at Discovery Communications, where he negotiated affiliation agreements with multi-channel system operators for distribution of Discovery’s cable networks, and provided legal and business advice to company executives. Mr. Sperling, in addition to serving clients in a variety of industries, continues to negotiate cable and media transactions at Morrison & Foerster.

Mr. Sperling received his B.A. from Cornell University and his J.D. from New York University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia, New York and New Jersey.
