James McCormick is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s corporate group. Mr. McCormick focuses on representing companies in corporate and technology transactions matters. He has represented clients in entity formation, venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and securities matters. Mr. McCormick also counsels clients on software licensing and development, reseller and distribution agreements, technology transfer, and consulting and services transactions. He received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School and his B.A. degree, with honors, from Oxford University.
