Mr. Campbell is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Morrison & Foerster LLP, where he is a member of the Debt Trading Group. He currently represents investment banks, commercial banks, hedge funds, and other entities in secondary market loan transactions.

Mr. Campbell has experience in the review and analysis of credit documentation relating to par loans, particularly in connection with CDO transactions. He also has extensive experience representing commercial banks and other entities in connection with syndicated loan transactions

Mr. Campbell earned his B.A., summa cum laude , in 2000 from Seattle University and his J.D., cum laude , in 2003 from Cornell Law School.
