Marisa Gondrez is an associate in the New York office of Morrison & Foerster LLP and a member of the Financial Transactions Group and Project Finance Group. Ms. Gondrez has represented major financial institutions and borrowers in high value cross-border and domestic asset finance transactions, involving project finance, leveraged leases, operating leases and syndicated secured loans. She has dealt with a variety of assets, including energy facilities, transportation infrastructures and aircraft. She also has experience representing international and domestic clients in a broad range of corporate and financing transactions, including acquisition finance, private placements of debt and equity, public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Gondrez received her B.A. in International Relations, cum laude , from Tufts University in 1998 and her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2003, where she was the Submissions Editor of the Journal of Asian Law . Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Gondrez was an associate in the Project Finance/Leasing and Tax Advantage Group in the New York office of Dewey Ballantine LLP. 

Ms. Gondrez is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
