John Pintarelli is an associate in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department of Morrison & Foerster’s New York office.  Mr. Pintarelli received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2006.  He also received an M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business in 1998.  He received his B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University in 1992.    

Prior to coming to Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Pintarelli was a vice president in The Bank of New York’s Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa Group where he served as the New York-based client executive responsible for the bank’s Arabian Gulf relationships. Prior to that, Mr. Pintarelli held various positions in the bank’s Trade Finance product management and operations groups.   

Mr. Pintarelli is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
