Matthew White is an associate in the Corporate Department of Morrison & Foerster’s Denver office. He represents a broad range of clients from startup companies to established public enterprises in corporate finance transactions, mergers, real estate transactions, joint ventures, public and private offerings, securities filings and general corporate matters.

Mr. White received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, his M.B.A. from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver and his J.D. with honors from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. White served as an Armor Officer in the U.S. Army with the 2nd Armor and 4th Infantry Divisions, rising to the rank of Captain. After leaving the Army, Mr. White worked as member of the management team at Qwest Communications.

Mr. White is licensed to practice before the Colorado bar and the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association.
