Ann Stevens counsels clients and litigates matters involving all aspects of employment and traditional labor law. Her prior experience as a human resources professional and corporate counsel enhances her expertise in providing practical, business-oriented, and comprehensive solutions to employers.

Ms. Stevens regularly counsels clients of all sizes on employment issues such as employee terminations, layoffs and discipline, leaves of absence, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour laws, employee privacy, trade secret protection, and employee mobility. She also has significant experience in advising employers on the labor and employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Ms. Stevens has had extensive involvement in a number of preliminary injunction matters on behalf of companies in non-competition, trade secret, and Computer Fraud and Abuse Act cases, as well as broad experience defending employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other matters before the EEOC and state and federal courts. She also has represented employers in union representation proceedings, unfair labor practice trials, and arbitrations before the NLRB and labor arbitrators.

Before returning to private practice, Ms. Stevens served as the Vice President of Human Resources of kinkos.com, inc. (formerly liveprint.com, inc.), and as Corporate Counsel for liveprint.com.
