Lisa Tomasetti is Of Counsel in Morrison & Foerster’s corporate and securities group in the Northern Virginia office. Her practice involves representing high tech and emerging growth businesses in various general corporate transactions. Her experience in these areas include private equity and debt offerings, general corporate matters and formation, venture capital financings, public company filings and mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Tomasetti received her B.A. from the College of William & Mary in 1993. She was awarded her J.D. from George Mason University in 1997 with High Honors, where she was managing editor of the George Mason University Civil Rights Law Journal , and a Dean’s Scholar. Ms. Tomasetti clerked for the Honorable Martin V.B. Bostetter, Jr., former Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She is admitted to practice in Virginia.
