Jacob Bernstein is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s corporate group. He has a diverse corporate practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and private placements of securities, venture capital investments and other financings. In addition, Mr. Bernstein provides his clients with general corporate and business counseling. Prior to coming to Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Bernstein was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP.

Mr. Bernstein received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2000, where he graduated cum laude . He received his B.A. degree from University of California, Santa Barbara in 1997, where he graduated with highest honors.
