Arthur Man is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s New York office, practicing in the area of federal income taxation with an emphasis on transactional and planning matters, including private equity and hedge fund formation and structured finance transactions.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Man was an associate in the tax department of Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.

Mr. Man is admitted to practice in New York. He received his J.D. from the New York University School of Law and his B.A. in philosophy, politics and economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
