• Wallace v. Southwest Airlines. Successfully tried to a defense judgment a race, age, and disability claim.
• Established and ran major anti-piracy/counterfeiting national legal programs for two large companies.
• Sheppard v. Southwest Airlines . Successfully defended, through two appeals, a pilot’s claim for wrongful termination.
• Southwest Airlines v. PSA. Prosecuted a trademark claim against the “new” PSA on behalf of Southwest.
• GEC Alshom v. J.C. Carter. Prosecuted a multimillion dollar foreign judgment brought under the New York Convention.
• Logan v. National Railroad Passenger Corporation (AMTRAK). Successfully tried to a defense judgment a sex discrimination claim based on “suppressed memory” of violent attacks in the workplace.
