Mr. Mueller is a partner in the New York office of Morrison & Foerster. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Mr. Mueller has particular expertise in cases involving antitrust litigation, shareholder derivative and class action litigation, international arbitration, cross-border disputes, general contract litigation and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Mr. Mueller is fluent in German and specializes in representing German, Swiss, and Austrian-based clients.

Mr. Mueller is deputy head of the Firm’s Electronic Discovery Task Force and counsels clients on records retention and records management issues, including processes and procedures to respond to electronic discovery requests. Mr. Mueller has served as a panelist for CLE seminars and published articles on topics of e-discovery and information management. In addition, he is a member of The Sedona Conference Working Group on International Electronic Information Management, Discovery and Disclosure.

Mr. Mueller is a member of the New York bar. He is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts, United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, United States District Court for the District of Arizona and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
