Ms. Staley-Ngomo is a litigation associate in Morrison & Foerster's San Francisco office. Ms. Staley-Ngomo's practice encompasses employment law, antitrust, and commercial litigation. Ms. Staley-Ngomo is also active in the firm's pro bono efforts.
Ms. Staley-Ngomo received the Wiley W. Manuel Award for pro bono legal services in 2008. She is a member of the Board of the Donald P. McCullum Youth Court. Fluent in Spanish, Ms. Staley-Ngomo has translated legal documents both orally and in writing between Spanish and English.
Ms. Staley-Ngomo received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall), where she received the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law. During law school, Ms. Staley-Ngomo served as the Projects Editor of the California Law Review and as the Managing Editor of the Berkeley Journal of African-American Law & Policy. She also participated in the California Asylum Representation Clinic and the Death Penalty Clinic at Boalt Hall. Ms. Staley-Ngomo received her B.A. degree from Whittier College, magna cum laude, with honors and distinction in Spanish and Political Science. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Staley-Ngomo served as a Judicial Administration Fellow and Policy Analyst for the Planning and Research Bureau of the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda.
