A member of Morrison & Foerster’s Employment and Labor Practice Group, Michael Chin specializes in representing management in a variety of employment contexts, including defense against claims of discrimination, harassment, violations of California wage-and-hour law, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

Mr. Chin received his B.A. in history from Pomona College and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was awarded a Dean’s Scholarship and served as co-chair of Student Funded Fellowships, a student-run public interest fundraising organization, established to fund public interest summer internship positions for Michigan Law School students. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Chin taught high school biology and environmental science in New Orleans, LA, through the Teach For America program.
