Travis Neal is an associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the firm’s Land Use and Environmental Law Department. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Neal clerked for the Honorable William W Schwarzer in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

He received his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2006. He was admitted to the Order of the Coif and is a member of the Thurston Society. While at Hastings, he was the Executive Articles Editor for the Hastings Law Journal. Mr. Neal graduated from Stanford University in 2001 with a B.A. in Art History.
