Ms. Moore is an associate in the Northern Virginia office of Morrison & Foerster. Ms. Moore practices in the area of federal income taxation, with a particular emphasis on transactional and planning matters.

Ms. Moore earned a B.S.B.A. with dual concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Georgetown University. She attended the Georgetown University Law Center, earning both a J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Moore worked with the National Tax Department of a “Big 4” accounting firm in Washington, D.C., where she advised clients on the tax planning and structuring aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions for private and public companies.

She is admitted to practice in Virginia.
