Heather Burror focuses on labor and employment matters with an emphasis on litigation, including wage and hour issues, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, trade secret theft, and class action litigation.

Ms. Burror also counsels employers on a wide range of employment issues, including hiring, termination, reductions-in-force, protection of intellectual property, employment discrimination, wage and hour compliance, and litigation risk assessment. She also assists employers in drafting employment agreements, separation agreements, and proprietary information agreements, and in developing employment policies and handbooks.

Ms. Burror received her B.S., cum laude, in business administration in 1995 from California State University, Hayward. She received her J.D., cum laude, in 1999 from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was a contributing editor of the Michigan Law Review.
