Braden Penhoet is a corporate associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster.
Mr. Penhoet assists clients with general corporate and securities matters, including formation, corporate governance, venture capital and other private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, public securities offerings, and Exchange Act compliance and reporting, primarily in the Cleantech and life sciences industries.
Mr. Penhoet received his B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University and his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the UCLA Journal of Environmental Law & Policy. He received his M.B.A. from UC Berkeley. In addition to practicing corporate law, Mr. Penhoet has served as a consultant to government and nonprofit enterprises, including at the Center for International Environmental Law in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Penhoet is the vice-chair of the Energy and Environment Division of the Full Circle Fund.
