Further, Mr. Gallegos has counseled clients and prepared opinions regarding claims for software copyright infringement and misappropriation of trade secrets.

Mr. Gallegos also has considerable experience with government contracts in the defense procurement area, and has provided counseling to clients in connection with government investigations under the Federal False Claims Act.
