Tom Wilson's practice involves all aspects of labor and employment law, including litigation before the federal and state courts and administrative agencies. He has represented employers in wage and hour class actions and other complex employment matters involving employment discrimination claims, wrongful discharge, and retaliation claims, as well as trade secrets and employee raiding cases. Among the clients for whom Mr. Wilson has tried cases are the Pebble Beach Corporation, General Motors, Lockheed, and Activcard.

Mr. Wilson is recognized as one of Silicon Valley's top employment law attorneys by San Jose Magazine and has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America directory in the practice of labor and employment law.

Garcia Mendoza v. Panda Restaurant Group
(CA Superior Court, Los Angeles County). Obtained a successful settlement for Panda Restaurant Group, a major restaurant chain, in a state-wide class action brought by approximately 32,000 current and former employees for meal and rest period penalties and related claims for violations of California Labor Code. (2009)
Viets v. Pebble Beach Company
(USDC, Northern District of California). Successfully defended the resort at trial in a case involving allegations of wrongful discharge and sexual harassment by a former executive chef. (2006)
EEOC v. Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
Represented Lawerence Livermore in an EEOC Commissioner Charge class action. (2005)
Executive Compensation Counseling.
Advised chief executive officer of large technology company regarding implementation of revised employment, severance, and change in control arrangements. (2009)
