Bradley S. Lui's practice includes the representation of clients before federal antitrust enforcement agencies, counseling and criminal and civil litigation. He regularly represents clients before both the Antitrust Division and the Federal Trade Commission in connection with mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he has represented parties in antitrust, class action, patent infringement, trade practices and regulatory litigation as well as government investigations. These matters include representation of a leading vitamin manufacturer in connection with vitamin price fixing litigation, representation of financial institutions in class action lawsuits alleging claims arising from the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act and the Sherman Act.
Mr. Lui previously served in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice where he was involved in major civil and criminal matters, including the litigation of a price-fixing action against eight of the largest U.S. air carriers and the investigation of the Microsoft Corporation. He also served in the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia.

- Represented the State of Alaska in connection with its investigation of Exxon Corporation's acquisition of Mobil Corporation
and BP Amoco, p.l.c.'s acquisition of the Atlantic Richfield Company.
- Represented Pharmavite Corp. in re Vitamin Antitrust Litigation.
- Represented Hitachi, Ltd. in connection with its acquisition of IBM's hard disk drive business.
- Represented Oracle Corp. in connection with its proposed acquisition of PeopleSoft.
