Mr. Delson joined Morrison & Foerster LLP in 1997, and after working in the firm’s Orange County office is currently resident in the firm’s New York office. He practices in the Business Department, representing clients in various real estate matters.

Mr. Delson regularly represents lenders and property owners in syndicated, securitized, mortgage, mezzanine, subscription and REIT lines of credit, and construction loan transactions involving REITs, private equity funds, office buildings, hotels, multi-family apartment buildings, shopping centers, condominium and rental developments and other asset classes.

Mr. Delson received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1994 from Pepperdine University, and his J.D. from the University of Southern California Law Center in 1997.

Mr. Delson is a member of the State Bar of California, the Orange County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in New York.
