Christopher Delson is a partner in the Real Estate Group. He represents lenders in a wide variety of syndicated mortgage, subscription line of credit, and construction loan transactions, involving REITs, private equity funds, office buildings, hotels, multi-family apartment buildings, and condominium and rental developments.

Christopher joined Morrison & Foerster in 1997 in the Firm’s Orange County before moving to the Firm’s New York office.

He received his B.S. in Business Administration in 1994 from Pepperdine University and his J.D. from the University of Southern California Law Center in 1997.
