- New England Carpenters et al. v. McKesson Corp. Represented McKesson Corp. in a class action lawsuit alleging unlawful price fixing to inflate the average wholesale price of hundreds of brand name prescription drugs. Obtained dismissal at the pleading stage, demonstrating that plaintiffs failed to allege any anticompetitive effect from the alleged conduct.
- National Association of Optometrists & Opticians, et al. v. Lockyer; Snow v. LensCrafters. Currently represents various optical companies in a constitutional challenge to various California statutes in suits that arise out of class action litigation for unfair competition and false advertising. Recently obtained ruling that statutes are unconstitutional.
- New England Carpenters v. First DataBanket al. Currently represents a pharmaceutical wholesaler in defense of a class action alleging a RICO violation and various state law claims.
- In re Pharmaceutical Industry Average Wholesale Price Litigation. Currently represents a pharmaceutical manufacturer in multi-state federal and multi-state actions by government entities regarding Medicaid.
- In re Palm Treo600 and 650 Litigation. Currently represents Palm in multiple class action cases alleging unfair competition and breach of warranty.
- Intervention Inc. v. GlaxoSmithKline. Represented GlaxoSmithKline in a class action alleging false advertising regarding an over-the-counter cold sore product and in a successful appellate challenge to a class action settlement of the case.
- Clayworth v. Pfizer et al. Represented a pharmaceutical manufacturer in an alleged price fixing case. Obtained a voluntary dismissal for no money.
- In re Wireless Products Cases. Represented a wireless computer products manufacturer in a false advertising class action suit regarding wireless computer products.
- In re DoubleClick Privacy Litigation. Defended DoubleClick Inc. in multi-district federal and multi-state class action litigation involving Internet privacy. She successfully obtained a dismissal with prejudice at the pleading stage of the federal class action cases, a decision reported at In re DoubleClick Privacy Litigation, 154 F. Supp. 2d 497 (S.D.N.Y. 2001).
- In re Brand Name Prescription Drugs Antitrust Litigation. Defended Bergen Brunswig Corporation in multi-district federal and multi-state class action litigation involving antitrust claims. A judgment as a matter of law was obtained at trial, and affirmed by the Seventh Circuit in In re Brand Name Prescription Drug Antitrust Litigation, 186 F.3d 781 (7th Cir. 1999).
- The Coca-Cola Company v. Omni. Defended The Coca-Cola Company against federal and state antitrust claims arising out of a trademark dispute.
