Philip J. Levine is a partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP where he heads the Real Estate Group in the firm's Palo Alto office. Mr. Levine has substantial experience representing real estate developers in all aspects of the development process. He counsels clients in acquisitions and dispositions, and in structuring joint ventures. He has negotiated substantial financing transactions, including construction and permanent lending. He has represented clients in leasing retail, industrial and office space as well as research and development facilities. He has represented individual developers, REITS, pension funds, domestic institutions and foreign investors.

Mr. Levine is active in local real estate organizations, is a past member of the NAIOP National Forums and has served on the Board of Directors of the Silicon Valley Chapter of NACORE.  He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America 2008 in the specialty of Real Estate law and has been listed as a Northern California "Super Lawyer" since 2004 and as one of Silicon Valley's "Top Attorneys".  Mr. Levine is licensed to practice law in California, New York and New Jersey.
