Mr. Lodge was born in New York, New York in 1957. He received a B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 1979 and J.D. degree cum laude from Fordham University in 1985, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review . Mr. Lodge associated with Morrison & Foerster in 1988, and became a partner of the firm in 1993. From 2001 to 2003, he served as firmwide Managing Partner for Operations.

Mr. Lodge has had broad experience in sophisticated, commercial real estate transactions that are national in scope. He has represented domestic and foreign clients in all major aspects of real estate practice — acquisition, disposition, development, construction financing, senior and mezzanine financings, leasing, operation, and workouts. Mr. Lodge is a member of the American Bar Association and The Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Mr. Lodge has also served as the Managing Partner of the New York office of Morrison & Foerster from January 1999 to January 2001.
