David C. Wilson specializes in corporate and securities law. His practice emphasizes the representation of start-up and emerging companies and venture capital firms in private and public financings and merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Wilson also has extensive experience in software and technology licensing and joint ventures.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Wilson was associated with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in Palo Alto, California and spent three years at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C.
