Mr. Tebbe is a partner in the Litigation Department in Morrison & Foerster’s New York office. Born in Rockville Centre, New York, he received his B.A. in History from Wesleyan University in 1986 and his J.D., magna cum laude , from New York University School of Law in 1991. He was a member of the New York University Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.

Mr. Tebbe engages in a complex commercial litigation practice and has worked on a variety of matters, ranging from nationwide consumer class actions to securities to insurance coverage. He is a member of the New York and California bars.
