Annemarie O’Shea is an attorney in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office. She has a general litigation practice encompassing business and complex litigation, including securities, consumer class actions, and contract and business tort claims. She also advises clients on legal issues associated with transportation and logistics services, including contractual and liability issues, and the impact of federal and state laws on cargo carrier and related services.

Ms. O’Shea received her law degree in 1991 from Tulane Law School, where she was elected to Order of the Coif and was a member of the Tulane Law Review. Ms. O’Shea is admitted to practice in California and the District of Columbia.
