Marc B. Leh is a partner in the Corporate Finance Practice Group, resident in the firm's Los Angeles office. Mr. Leh has extensive experience in a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, emerging company transactions, venture capital transactions, equity and debt financings, and strategic alliance and joint venture transactions.

Mr. Leh has been involved in more than 200 M&A transactions, ranging in size from $10MM to more than $1B, with principal responsibility in most of these transaction. He has had experience in numerous industries, including electronics, consumer products, defense, automotive, technology, real estate, textiles, finance, fluid technology, bio tech, medical device and food & produce.

A principal focus of Mr. Leh's practice has been providing general outside counsel representation. Mr. Leh also has significant experience in real estate and lending transactions.

Mr. Leh is a member of the Business, Corporations and International Law Sections of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of California. He is also a member of the Financial Lawyers Conference and the International Bankers Association of California.

Interactive Health LLC -- Represented Interactive Health in connection with its sale to Whitney & Co. Interactive Health is the largest supplier of massage chairs and products to Sharper Image and Brookstone.

Reynolds Industries, Inc. -- Represented Reynolds Industries in connection with its sale to Teledyne. Reynolds Industries is a leading designer and manufacturer of high tech electronic components for use in the defense industry.

Pioneer North America, Inc. -- Represented Pioneer in connection with numerous acquisitions and divestitures, including the sale of Pioneer Entertainment USA to Dentsu.

AutoNation, Inc. -- Represented AutoNation in its acquisition of more than 50 auto dealerships in the Western US.

ITT Industries, Inc. -- Represented ITT Industries in connection with numerous acquisitions in the defense industry, fluid technology industries and electronic components industries, including its acquisition of Allen Osborne Associates, a producer of high precision GPS units (primarily for military use).
