Paul Flum’s practice mainly involves complex litigation in the areas of securities, commercial disputes and fiduciary responsibility. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in trial and appellate courts. He has experience in cases involving shareholder and other class actions, ERISA business disputes, and business torts.

Mr. Flum was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in 1952. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota in 1979 and his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1982, where he served as an editor of the law review. He associated with the law firm of Morrison & Foerster in 1982. He became a partner of the firm in 1989.
