Jennifer Taylor is engaged in a broad intellectual property practice, with an emphasis on litigation and counseling. She has litigated a variety of intellectual property cases, including patent, trademark, and copyright infringement actions, as well as unfair competition and false advertising actions. Ms. Taylor has trial and appellate experience, as well as extensive experience litigating opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Her cases have included litigation of patents directed to integrated circuits and a wide range of processes used in the semiconductor industry and medical apparatuses, as well as trademarks relating to apparel, motorcycles, batteries, computers, the Internet, multimedia, and consumer products.
Ms. Taylor also counsels clients regarding trademark and copyright matters, including registering trademarks and service marks and copyrights, managing portfolios, and policing efforts to protect trademarks and copyrights, and advises clients on licensing arrangements. She also has counseled clients regarding intellectual property and liability issues related to the Internet.
