We represent plaintiff Cybersource Corporation, a supplier of e-transaction technology and services, in a patent infringement case against Retail Decisions, Inc. in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. The lawsuit involves patent claims for a method of detecting credit card fraud in Internet transactions.

Rockwell International Corporation v. SDL, Inc. February 2002
Defended SDL, a leading manufacturer of laser diodes, in a patent infringement suit brought by Rockwell International in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, concerning metal organic chemical vapor deposition process allegedly used in the manufacture of those diodes.
