Mr. Medina is an associate in Morrison & Foerster LLP’s Denver, Colorado, office. He joined the firm in 1994 after his clerkship with the Honorable Christine M. Durham of the Utah Supreme Court. He graduated from Yale Law School in 1993, and holds a 1989 B.A. degree in History from Amherst College.

Mr. Medina’s experience includes representation of both foreign and domestic clients in state and federal courts. He has represented clients in cases concerning copyright infringement, patent infringement, Lanham Act violations and trade secret misappropriation. Mr. Medina has specialized knowledge in areas relating to bankruptcy and complex commercial litigation.

In addition to the specific areas listed above, Mr. Medina has extensive experience in representing clients in a wide variety of commercial disputes regarding contracts, insurance and commercial relationships among corporations.
