Kathleen Bryski is Of Counsel in the Walnut Creek office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group.

Ms. Bryski’s current practice includes all aspects of real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, financing and leasing of office, retail, and industrial properties. She has also advised owners on the negotiation of construction and architectural agreements. Her clients include real estate developers, home builders, institutional investors and large corporations.

From 2000 to 2003, Ms. Bryski was in Morrison & Foerster’s Hong Kong office where she advised clients on U.S. real estate transactions and other general business contracts. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster in 1997, Ms. Bryski practiced bankruptcy law at a major Silicon Valley law firm.

Ms. Bryski received her J.D. from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley in 1995 and is admitted to practice in California and Hong Kong. She received her B.B.A. degree, cum laude , in accounting with a minor in economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1986. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Bryski worked as a certified public accountant with Deloitte & Touche in Detroit, Michigan.
